I'm looking for a great nanny for 1 child.

I have 4 kids, but 2 go to school during the day. Would need someone from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. daily and occasional other times.Ages of children are : 2, 4, 7, 10 years old.

I am looking for someone who can help with pick up and drop off for activities, homework, and is also active. I will be in the house, working in the office. I prefer somewhat strict rules, with a nurturing approach.

My daughter is severely allergic to milk and eggs, so I need some who would be extra cautious about everything while they are with her. Includes washing your hands and mouth right away. Please be a nonsmoker due to asthma issues.
